my skin

strange venomous heat under my skin
swept along by desire I can meet a ghost
without waving or spreading my wings

strange animal mad and wise under my skin
am I the landlord or the lodger ?
do I have to pay for a haunted house ?

strange face behind a straw helmet
from there I can watch TV series
and no harm is done to me

strange voiceless screaming hero
he lives around this skeleton
has no sense of distraction

strange living painter with no brush
a frame of his work an exhibition
quite an event quite a night oh dear

strange liver in the living room
no butcher who reads the book
just a forgotten angel in disguise

strange idiot dancer dancing moving
touching moving my arms his arms
sweat and sperm and blood and heat

strange unmovable mute silhouette
talking to a deafman wearings shades
my strange venomous heat is peeling

my skin
